We are always honored and grateful for the trustworthy and faithful volunteers who have often soldiered with us for years. However, many folks sign up with zeal and excitement but quickly fizzle out. This podcast helps to guide us in recognizing the reality of this issue but also suggests ways in which to combat lack of commitment.
