The Agnus Dei Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting life by empowering women in crisis pregnancies with a compassionate, selfless alternative: open adoption. Through its Lamb of God Maternity Homes in Escondido, California, and North Salt Lake, Utah, the Foundation provides safe housing, 24/7 care, and holistic support for pregnant women facing incredibly difficult circumstances such as homelessness, domestic violence, poverty, and substance abuse.

Founded in 2012 by Grace Dulaney, a birthmother herself, the Agnus Dei Foundation is committed to breaking the generational cycles of trauma, addiction, and poverty—not only by helping mothers find healing and stability but by ensuring every child born into the program has the opportunity to grow up in a loving, stable home. With over 108 babies placed in open adoptions and hundreds of women supported through its crisis hotline and residential program, the Foundation champions a powerful and often overlooked truth: Adoption is not abandonment; it is a courageous, life-affirming choice.

The founder of Agnus Dei, Grace Dulaney, brings deep personal and professional insight to the topics of pro-life advocacy, open adoption education, ethical adoption reform, and supporting women through crisis with dignity and love.

Whether speaking on cultural narratives around adoption, the current challenges facing the pro-life movement, or real stories of women who have chosen life and selflessly placed their child, Agnus Dei offers an authentic, hopeful voice in a difficult and emotional conversation. Their work aims to bridge the gap between the millions of hopeful adoptive families and the countless women who may never have known adoption was a compassionate and empowering choice.
